SUMMARY

Innovation in alert journeys

As a full stack product designer at Accenture Song, my role is to create a series of pixel perfect screens, illustrations, icons, and more for TD Bank’s website and app. At TD Bank, our DCX (Digital Customer Experience) team is working towards innovation in alerts within the netbanking website and native mobile application which will transform the way individuals manage their finances and stay informed about their accounts. We use the agile way of working, designing MVPs in sprints which follow a robust design system while collaborating with a large product design team and handing off design files to developers and eventually QA testers.

Customization, personalization, intelligent analysis, location-based services, real-time fraud detection, actionable alerts, and multi-channel notifications have collectively improved the user experience, enhanced security, and provided users with greater control over their financial lives. As mobile banking continues to evolve, we at the bank are striving for further advancements in alert systems, empowering users with even more valuable and actionable insights.
