SUMMARY
A Packaged Deal
Migration.com is a portal that allows you to customize your package according to size, price, colour/theme, quality, etc and have everything delivered to you at once. Hence eliminating the hassle of going to multiple stores to get different things.
The website also has a chat feature where users can talk to either an expert (who will assist them regarding general services to avail) or a licensed councellor (who will coach them through the mental struggles associated with moving to a new place).
PROBLEM
Where do I find stuff?
Often times when moving to a new neighbourhood, students struggle with finding essential stores which they need to set up their homes. Grocery stores, furniture shops, hardware stores, laundromats, delis, wifi providers, network providers etc, are a few examples of the stores that users seek out. In such situations they also do not have anyone to enquire with.
They go place to place, often times overpaying for items or buying things they don’t really need. This also has an adverse effect on their mental health, creates panic and sometimes leads to mild situational anxiety. Budget restraints also cause users to make bad and unfortunate decisions. In such a situation, having a portal that can help them with exactly these problems can be beneficial and can save time.
Design
Homepage
A single scroll homepage with an isometric room illustration showcasing user friendly and classic aesthetic that anyone with a low budget can access.
The various sections of the website would include a small biography about the company, a Packages section - where users could customize their packages, and a Rooms section where users could choose packages according to rooms.
There is also a Chat section where users could chat with experts about advice regarding essential services to employ around their homes or chat with a licensed counselor about struggles associated with moving to a new place.

Migration mobile application
The mobile application was created in the form of a game.
A dress up game but for the user’s house, for the room of their choice. Once they finish decorating their room on the application, they have a choice to order the packaged room in real life and have it delivered to their doorstep.
